FOUNDER
Maddy Staff
Maddy is a passionate advocate for wildlife and education, holding a bachelor's degree in Zoology and Ecology & Conservation Biology, along with an honours qualification in Ecology. Her honours research, conducted in collaboration with the Melbourne Museum, explored the effects of bushfires on ant diversity and composition within the Little Desert National Park. Maddy has a keen interest in community-based conservation and education. Her passion for education is evident through her current role at The Little Sprouts Program where she brings sustainability education to young children in an interactive and engaging manner and through her other role at Sea life Melbourne where she is an education host. Maddy has also gained experience within the contaminated land space at a local council. Maddy hopes that her unique and varied experience will aid in building more inclusive and wide-reaching programs for the Women in Wildlife community.
